Charleston Mall, Marshall Radio & More
Afterwards, we headed toward a new venue called "The House of David". We met the owner and talked about the show we'll be doing there on February 9th.
On Friday, we got up and started performing at 8am. A local school had asked us to come in and play, so we played music and talked from 8am until 3:30pm. Then, we packed up and headed for the Charleston Town Center Mall.
Once there, we set up and started performing with Micah on guitar, Josiah on guitar, and Gabe on djembe. No amplification whatsoever, so we were singing as loud as we possibly could. We played there for about 2 hours, talked to people, and handed out demos of our upcoming album. We met a lot of really interesting people.
Then, on Saturday, after watching some videos of Rush, REO Speedwagon, Styx, and Journey, we headed for Lexington. We played a 1-hour show in Common Grounds, and then hung out there for another hour.
We ended up spending the night in Lexington, getting up early on to take advantage of the continental breakfast before heading home.

I'm 43 years old. This past Saturday I had my 5-year old daughter with me at the Charleston Town Center Mall. We stumbled upon three young guys doing an in-store at FYE. We took a listen. I took a critical listen. My daughter liked your music and thought you were cute. So, in Peppermint Synopsis, The Redding Brothers appeal to the old and the young. Keep up the good work.
Oh snap! No amplification calls for some sore hands and throats. Yay! House of David!! =D
