When finished downloading simply unpack the file (usually done automatically) and drop it in your MacHD/System/Library/Screensavers/ folder. Then open System Preferences from the Apple menu, select the "Desktop & Screensavers" button, and select the newly-installed "BackstagePass" screensaver.
